Meadow Glampsite Facilities
Meadow offers everything you need to enjoy a classic glamping break. Beautifully landscaped and surrounded by trees, the site has a fairytale feel. Facilities include our quirky ‘Glamp House’ kitchen/dining cabin, (covered in clematis and held up with the trunk of a tree), private bathrooms, a sun deck for dining al fresco, and a seated campfire area. And of course, there are also two acres of wildflower meadow, with wiggly paths mown through for guests to explore!
*We provide a picnic bench and chimnea stove for each accommodation, so you can social distance during your stay.
Relax with private bathrooms for each accommodation
Let’s face it, you can’t really call it glamping unless you have somewhere lovely to powder your nose!
Luckily, we are flushed with success in this area. Our facilities include six private bathrooms (one for each accommodation), with proper flushing loos and plenty of hot wate
*Please note, bathrooms are not inside the accommodations, but are located close to them (see Meadow site map for location of bathrooms relative to your accommodation).
Quirky and cute, our original ‘Glamp House’ kitchen/dining cabin has a grass roof, and plenty of character. With a well-equipped kitchen and space to sit and eat inside or outside, it’s the perfect place to cook and relax during your stay.
- 2 x Gas Hobs

Toast some marshmallows, tell some stories, sing some songs, stay socially distanced…
Grab the marshmallows and head to the campfire. Telling stories & toasting marshmallows together is the perfect end to the glamping day.
Or, if you prefer to stay socially distanced, you can enjoy the campfire experience with the chimnea (outdoor stove) outside your accommodation.
Firewood & kindling is supplied.
*Parents MUST supervise children near fire
There are BBQs onsite for guest use.
BBQs are gas powered and gas is provided.
Each BBQ has a grill area & side burner.
Kids love the freedom to run around, make new friends & explore on the glampsite. We have plenty of safe green space for a kickabout or for playing tag. And in summertime, you can follow the wiggly path through our wildflower meadow. All that long grass is great for ‘hide & seek’, and the birds, bees & butterflies like it too.
The glampsite is enclosed on all sides and well away from busy roads, so you can relax while the kids use up a bit of energy in the great outdoors.
Our glampsite is small, but super family friendly. Children love our hand-built wooden playhouse, as well as having plenty of safe green spaces to explore.
Parking is located at the entrance to the Mountain Glampsite (to the rear of The Glamp House kitchen/dining barn building). Please note, you cannot drive on or park inside the glamping accommodation area. This area is kept ‘car free’ for your safety.
