Booking Conditions
Please read carefully.
Bookings must be secured by a deposit at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
For individual unit bookings, the balance payment due must be paid no later than one month prior to arrival. (Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date may result in the loss of your booking & deposit).
Full site group bookings must be secured by a minimum 30% deposit at time of booking, and the balance must be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival. (Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date will result in the loss of your booking & deposit).
If a group is booking both sites in full, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, payment will only be refunded if we can rebook the glampsites in full for your dates.
If a group of families has part-booked a glampsite, those guests must accept that any remaining available accommodations can be booked by other families (i.e. they will have to share the site with other guests and to be considerate towards them in terms of using the communal areas & facilities).
Cancellations for single unit bookings should be made no later than one month prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made later than one month prior to arrival, full payment will not be refunded unless the dates can be fully rebooked. In which case, the remainder payment will be returned to you, (less the deposit), after the date of the booked stay.
Cancellations for full site bookings must be made no later than six weeks in advance of the booking. Payment cannot be refunded – unless the dates can be fully rebooked. In which case, the remainder payment will be returned to you, (less the deposit), after the date of the booked stay.

Check out time is no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
Number of guests per unit should not exceed number of persons the accommodation is designed to sleep.
Additional guests exceeding this specified maximum will be asked to book an additional accommodation unit (where available), or will otherwise be asked to leave the site immediately.

We do not offer additional pitches for tents, caravans, nor campervans, etc. Only the existing glamping accommodations are available to book.
Both glampsites are self-catering.
Guests are responsible for keeping communal areas tidy and for recycling waste in the facilities provided.
Damage/breakages must be reported and paid for.
Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of children at all times.
All accommodation and indoor communal facilities are strictly non-smoking.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, and it is a quiet site after 11pm.
No loud or amped music, DJs, bands nor karaoke are permitted on the glampsites.
We have a NO PETS policy on this site.
*All sheets & bedding are provided – but please BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS for showers, etc.

Guests are advised not to leave valuable items in the accommodations. Any belongings left in the accommodations are left at your own risk.
Please note that the ground & pathways on the Meadow glampsite are natural grass or gravel paths. The terrain is uneven and inkeeping with the natural feel of the glampsite. By booking into the Meadow site, guests accept that they must take care on the uneven ground and loose gravel pathways, etc.
Guests booking into the Mountain glampsite are advised not to climb on the hobbit house roofs (nor to allow their children to do so). If a guest or child is found climbing on the roofs, they will be asked to leave the glampsite IMMEDIATELY, and no refund will be given.
Guests are also advised not to climb, nor to allow their children to climb, on the roofs or balconies of the accommodations on the Meadow glampsite. If a guest or child is found climbing on the roofs or balconies, they will be asked to leave the glampsite IMMEDIATELY, and no refund will be given.
Parents must supervise children at all times, but special care must be taken when using the campfire, chimnea stoves, wood burning stoves, BBQs and cooking equipment.
We cannot refund/be held responsible for inclement weather, such as rain, wind, hot or cool temperatures, etc. Please check the weather forecast and bring appropriate clothing for your trip.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking at short notice should we experience extreme weather or in the event of a ‘force majeure’, emergency, pandemic, or any circumstances whereby we cannot provide safe accommodation for you.
In the event that we take the decision to close the glampsites under such circumstances, any payment made to us will be carried forward as credit that can be redeemed against a future rebooking.
*All guests are advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
