Terms & Booking Conditions

COVID-19 CONDITIONS:

These conditions are in addition to the general booking conditions.

Please read carefully.

For single unit bookings for dates between 30th April and 31st October 2020, balance payment may be made up to one week prior to arrival date.

For single unit bookings for dates between 30th April and 31st October 2020, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Deposits cannot be refunded. If notification of cancellation is not given 1 week in advance of stay, the booking must be paid for in full.

If we cannot accommodate your stay due to continued covid-19 closure, you will not be obliged to pay the remaining balance for your original trip, and the value of your deposit payment may be redeemed against a future rebooking.

If you postpone & reschedule your trip for 2021, your new outstanding balance will be due no later than one month prior to the revised 2021 arrival date.

If you think that you, or anyone within your group, may be suffering from symptoms of covid-19 when you are due to stay with us, please contact us by phone or email prior to travel and arrange to postpone your trip.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings must be secured by a deposit at the time of booking.  This deposit is non-refundable.

Outside of dates mentioned above in the ‘Covid-19 Conditions’, all balances must be paid no later than one month prior to arrival.

Full site group bookings must be secured with a minimum 30% deposit at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than one month prior to arrival.

Outside of dates mentioned above in the ‘Covid-19 Conditions’, cancellations for single unit bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Deposits cannot be refunded. If notification of cancellation is not given 2 weeks in advance of stay, the booking must be paid for in full.

Cancellations for all full site bookings must be made no later than six weeks in advance of arrival date. Deposits cannot be refunded.

Check in to accommodation is between 4pm and 8pm on the day of arrival.

Check out is no later than 10am on the morning of departure.

Number of guests per accommodation unit should not exceed the number of persons specified for the accommodation.

Additional guests will be asked to book an additional unit where available, or will be asked to leave the site.

This is a self-catering site.

Guests are responsible for keeping communal areas tidy, and for recycling/disposing of waste in the facilities provided.

Damage/breakages must be reported.

Parents are responsible for the supervision & safety of children at all times.

All accommodation & indoor communal facilities are strictly non-smoking.

Noise levels must be kept to a minimum. This is a quiet site after 11pm.

No amped/loud music, DJs, bands or karaoke are permitted on the site.

We have a NO PETS policy.

All bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels for showers, etc.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at short notice should we experience extreme weather conditions, or in the event of an emergency, pandemic, or any circumstances whereby we cannot provide safe accommodation for you.

In the event that we take the decision to close the glampsite under such circumstances, any payment made to us will be carried forward as credit that can be redeemed against a future rebooking.

All guests are advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
